MeetingSuccess provides group facilitation tools to small and large group meetings, focus groups, workshops, conferences and teleconferences. We use an electronic meeting system, consisting of hardware and software to assist clients in meeting their objectives.
For face-to-face meetings participants share the agenda activities on networked computers.
For teleconference meetings, an internet browser allows participants to share agenda activities.
When participants cannot take part at the same time, a web meeting is posted at our MeetingPlace. Each participant receives an invitation and password(s). Meetings are active for a specified period of time.
Any meeting objective may require only one, or possibly all, of these types of meetings.

We are a licensed distributor of Meetingworks® and Collaborate 101© software products.
Meetingworks is a facilitated tool used to gather participant input on lists of items or ideas, evaluate ideas or proposals and to compare alternatives. Graphical results are displayed immediately and electronic reporting is completed in minutes. A system operator or facilitator runs the software during each meeting and guides participants through the electronic meeting process. Facilitator training in the use of Meetingworks is also available to purchasers.
Collaborate 101 is an easy-to-use browser-based application for group collaboration. It supports simultaneous inputs from all group members, into a document in outline format. This software can also be used to create instant surveys to measure client satisfaction or gather feedback on your meetings.
